Returns and refunds.

If a product is not to your satisfaction and we find there to be a fault with the manufacturing we will either offer a full refund or replacement. If a refund is chosen we will provide a prepaid return label and refund once we have received the product back and ascertained that the item is in the same condition that it was dispatched in.

In the event that a wrong product is sent by mistake and a replacement can be sent within the 5 working day dispatch aim a refund will not be offered and a replacement will be sent. In the event that a replacement product cannot be sent within the 5 working day dispatch period a refund or replacement option will be provided to the customer.

Whilst we aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days due to wider supply chain disruption and all orders having to be produced on demand for the customer in some cases it can take up to 40 working days for an item to be dispatched.

If the customer enters an incorrect delivery address a refund will not be offered. If the item is returned back to us via the postal service we will contact the customer and send the item again to the revised address for a flat fee of £10.

By uploading or sending us your 3d model you are confirming that it is fully printable and if we find it is not you are willing to forfeit the total value of the order.

If your file is not printable and we find out before manufacturing you will be notified and given 5 days to provide an alternative. If we do not receive a response or you are unable to provide suitable replacement files we will issue you store credit to the value of the order. If sent to manufacture and failure occurs your item will be retried once and if it fails again and we identify that the failure is entirely caused by the 3d model not our processes we are unable to provide you with a refund.

We are unable to provide you with a refund due to having non printable files in any circumstance as this is your responsibility to check prior to ordering as stated above.

It is not possible to amend or cancel an order after it has been placed and manufacturing has started. This is due to the order being custom manufactured for you using your design and specification. This is in accordance with industry norms.
